Client Duties. That Client (and any student taking a Course for which Client is responsible) shall comply with all policies and terms and conditions as set forth in RMTC’s sole discretion for students in the Course (including at all times having professional conduct during the Course towards RMTC, its employees and representatives, other students or third parties), timely payment in full for the Course, the Manual, and all Materials, and in the event of an off-premises course and as agreed-to by the parties, any hotel, airfare, rental car, per diem, or other off-premises expenses, and to generally perform in compliance with RMTC’s terms and conditions as communicated to Client in any medium and as set forth in this Agreement. To achieve maximum results from any RMTC Course, it is highly recommended that Client and/or each student attend all scheduled Classes and engage with the Manual and all Materials and other instructions from RMTC. RMTC does not offer any guarantee as to any Client and/or student securing any IICRC or other form of certification or licensure as a result of taking any RMTC Course and to the extent Client and/or any student seeks any such IICRC or other form of certification or licensure, it is solely Client and/or each student’s duty to register for and take and pass any IICRC or other exam.
Confidential and/or Proprietary Information. That in the event that RMTC does disclose to Client during the Term, the Course, or in the Materials, certain confidential, proprietary, private, or otherwise non-public information whether belonging to RMTC or to a third party (“Information”), including information expressly designated in writing or orally as confidential or that would appear by its nature to be confidential or proprietary to a reasonable person familiar with the disclosing party’s business and industry, Client shall use all such Information solely for the limited purpose of taking the Course (said purpose “the Agreed Upon Purpose for Disclosure”) and shall not, without the prior consent of RMTC, disclose, reveal, communicate, publish, copy, duplicate, use, or exploit any such Information publicly and privately, whether on social media, or to any third party, unless required to do so by a court of law or due to other legally established exceptions. No Client or student may live stream or create, make, or record any audio, video, or audio-visual recordings of any RMTC Course or of any RMTC employee or representative, other students, or third parties, without RMTC and the featured subject’s express consent.
